Acquiring Chateau Credentials

To gain access to your Chateau database (for yourself or on behalf of someone else), you will need to reach out to the database’s designated Administrator.
This role is assigned to a specific person (or people) at your site, and they hold the authority to manage user access—adding, editing, or removing users as needed.
The Administrator can access Majordomo, where they can:
- Add an existing user to the database, or
- If the user doesn’t exist yet, create a new user profile first, and then grant them database access.
