Component Queries

OR blocks now on more query builders. OR blocks let a query include components that match any one of several sets of criteria. They were first available on Assign Rules to Components, Rule Initial Monitoring, Quick Repairs, Leak Alerts, Component Prompts, and Auto Tours, and are now also on the Components grid, All Leaks grid, Inspections, Attempts, Cooling Tower Inspections, OGI Inspections, Sensitivity Checks, Picture Audit, TUx Log, the linking search on the Cooling Tower Relationship tab, and both queries on the Reconciliation Porch. Saved filters continue to work as before.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Chateau

Leaks

Fixed "Problem getting DOR info" when creating a DOR. On databases where the emissions calculation takes a long time, creating a DOR from a leak could end about two minutes later with this message even though the DOR had been saved. The DOR details now open right away, show "Calculating..." while emissions are worked out or "Emissions could not be calculated" if they cannot finish, and include the Leak ID.

Emissions

Fixed emissions calculations failing on the largest location units. On very large location units, a calculation could end with an error instead of producing results.

Porches

Fixed Reactivated Components alerts for components that were not reactivated. Alerts were raised for components that had come back from TUPurged and for components that were currently deactivated. Only components that were deactivated and then reactivated now alert, and alerts that no longer qualify are removed the next time the porch runs.

Tours & Scheduling

Fixed one tour showing as several rows on Current Tours. When a tour included location units from facilities in different time zones, Current Tours listed it once per time zone and split its inspection counts between the rows. The tour now appears as a single row with the counts combined.

Components

Fixed mass actions failing on large selections. Mass edit, Modify Route Sequence, Activate Selected, and approving a Type change in the MOC Porch failed once the selection reached about 2,100 components, and nothing was saved.

Fixed new components' history starting after their Date Added. Since the September 17 update, a new component's history began when Chateau received it instead of on its Date Added, so the component could be left out of reports that depend on it, such as Activated Components. Existing records caused by this issue were resolved, and after the release Support will confirm all records are correct.

Fixed Estimated Date Available not updating in the TUx Log. (Already Deployed on 10/1) Saving a new Estimated Date Available appeared to succeed, but for some components the TUx Log kept showing the previous date. The date now updates, and if it cannot be saved, "Problem Saving Available Date" is shown.

Resources

Fixed SpanBox drifts not appearing after a cylinder is edited. After a cylinder was edited, deactivated, or reactivated on Resources > Cylinders, the drifts the SpanBox recorded for it afterward did not appear on Resources > Calibrations. The drifts will be fixed with this release.

Reports

Fixed reports ending with "connection to report service failed." On large databases or with many units selected, OOOOa Fugitives Survey, Full Data Leak History, Semi-Annual Agency Report, Component Count by Unit, and Component Count by Regulation could end with "Report processing unsuccessful due connection to report service failed" instead of producing results.

Fixed Select All in report parameter lists. After typing to narrow a long list, Select All chose every value in the list instead of only the values shown, and on lists of 31 to 50 values it chose only the first 30, so a report could cover more or fewer units than intended. Single-choice parameters such as Unit Type could also open with no value selected.

Fixed truncated labels in the report parameters pane. With the parameters pane open, the fields stayed narrow and their labels were cut off. The fields now fill the pane.

Fixed concentrations rounded on calibration reports. Daily Calibration, Daily Cal with Maintenance Checklist, Analyzer Drift, and VVa Drift printed the Conc. column as a whole number, so a cylinder at 487.80 appeared as 488. The value stored for the cylinder was always correct, and the column now prints two decimals.

Rules

Fixed assigned rules being ended by a backdated change. When a MOC approval or component edit was backdated, rules assigned to a component after that date were ended as of the backdated date, before they had begun. The Rules tab showed them as Unassigned with an Unassigned date earlier than the Assigned date, Assign Rules to Components counted 0 components, and M21 Frequency went blank on the Tag tab and the Components grid.

Fixed Run Rules on Component(s) not running rules right away on MOC approvals. Choosing Run Rules on Component(s) when approving MOC edits behaved like Skip Rules, so the rules were not run right away and were picked up by the nightly rules run instead.

Fixed components staying due after being removed from a rule. A component taken off a rule could stay due for its initial monitoring. The requirement now ends the next time rules run.

General

General bug fixes and stability improvements.

Chateau Mobile

Leak Details

Fixed Add Leak Photo not working on iPhone and iPad. Choosing Take Photo or Choose From Camera Roll from the Add Leak Photo sheet did nothing, so no photo could be added to a leak. Android was not affected.

Cooling Tower

Fixed Cooling Tower inspections blocked despite a passing precision calibration. Chateau Mobile showed "Your connected analyzer must have a passing precision calibration in the current quarter" even when a passing precision calibration entered in Chateau for that quarter existed. Those calibrations now come to the handheld at check-out.

Calibrations

Fixed the Add a cylinder list not scrolling. During a calibration, a long list of cylinders could not be scrolled, so the cylinders lower in the list, "+ New cylinder — not in the system", and Done could not be reached. The list now scrolls, and each cylinder shows its expiration date.

Sync

Fixed check-ins reported as failed after Chateau had already received them. The handheld could show an error and stay checked out even though Chateau had stored the check-in. When Chateau Mobile cannot confirm that Chateau received a check-in, it now keeps the work on the phone and asks the technician to check in again, so nothing is cleared until Chateau has it.
